SPECTRA has a powerfull face-to-face field network in Austria. The institute has available an average of over 300 face-to-face interviewers (of which 80 are CAPI interviewers). A very broad national distribution is crucial for the quality of a study.

Against this background, SPECTRA is capable, for example, of forming 200 sample points for samples of n=1,000. This results in high levels of generalisability and reliability.

Of the 300 face-to-face interviewers, 80 are trained to conduct interviews on laptops / notebooks.

The field network is permanently maintained by a total of six employees (interviewer department + IT).
