SPECTRA operates one of the most modern telephone studios consisting of 70 fully automatic CATI workstations. The system is designed for automatic dialling and for automatic linking with the in-house IT system.

If necessary, therefore, instant surveys based on n=500 interviews or n=1000 interviews can be performed within 2-5 days. Approximately 450 trained interviewers, monitored by supervisors, work in the CATI studio. Supervisors monitor the work and are responsible for the continuous quality control.
